Jay is a registered psychologist and clinic Director at Thriving Now, with a background in education and psychology. He is known for his friendly, compassionate approach and his ability to build strong, supportive relationships with clients of all ages.

Jay has extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, drawing on his background as a teacher, education consultant, and psychologist. He has been running his own psychology clinic since 2017 and utilises a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach to support clients in understanding their strengths, overcoming challenges, and achieving meaningful goals.
Jay also works alongside Ellie, his therapy dog, who attends the clinic four days per week. Ellie helps create a calm, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment, supporting clients through play-based interactions, confidence-building activities, and outdoor sessions in natural surroundings.
